Color: 2.5 (of 3) Note: A clear, light straw color with a touch of honey.
Aroma: 6 (of 7) Note: Light aroma's of honey, melon, citrus and a hint of flowers.
Taste: 9 (of 10) Note: This delightful Chardonnay is blessed with a smooth, creamy texture and a wonderful balance between sweet melon and tart citrus flavors. There's a little honeydew, cantelope, lime, honey, oak and vanilla all working together beautifully. This would be a great wine for summertime. I think Beckett's Flat is now my favorite Aussie winery.

Food: This terrific Chardonnay would be perfect with fish, particularly grilled fish. I had it with grilled chicken over a green salad and and it was very nice. Definitely recommended!
