Color:
2.5 (of 3)
Note:
A very clean looking straw
color with a cheerful glow. Very nice.
Aroma:
5.5 (of 7)
Note:
A floral scent with sweet honey
tones. But it seems a little one-dimensional. It's a little
disappointing.
Taste:
8.5 (of 10)
Note:
Semi-dry with elements of sweetness
and tangyness at the same time. Sounds confusing, I know!
There are lots of flavors here - a little fruit, a little
fig, a little flower, a little honey, vanilla and oak. It's
all swirling around at once and it works well. I had to sip
it several times before I decided I like it, but I liked it.
Total:
16.5 (of 20)
Food:
I had it with grilled salmon
and salad. The salmon is dabbed with olive oil and grilled
and then broken up into chunks and laid on top of a green
salad. A nice, light summer meal. The Mount Hermon White really
complimented the salmon nicely.
