Color: 2.5 (of 3) Note: This wine is a good example of why color is used as a grading factor. It sets the mood and tells you something about what to expect from the wine. This Sauvignon Blanc has a wonderful pale gow that looks like sunshine. Now that's inviting!
Aroma: 6 (of 7) Note: It smells like flowers and peaches and a little vanilla. Again, it's excellent and urges you on....
Taste: 8 (of 10) Note: Fruity and lively and quite good. It's a little tart and dry at the end (which I like). It could be a bit smoother.
Total: 16.5 (of 20)
Food: I had it with roast turkey. It would also go well with grilled fish or cheese.
