2.5 (of 3)
Note:
A dark ruby red, very thick and full-bodied looking.
Aroma:
6 (of 7)
Note:
Excellent nose with aroma's of blackberry, plum and strong licorice. A slight wood scent of cedar rounds it out.
Taste:
8.5 (of 10)
Note:
The flavors are powerful and deep in this terrific Noah Cab-Merlot blend. It's dry with medium tannins that hang throughout the taste. The fruit flavors of plum and blackberry are nicely balanced with the licorice and oak tastes. There's lots of body here. All in all, this is a very good red that will only improve with time.

Food:
I enjoyed this Cab-Merlot blend with turkey burgers while I read about spring training baseball in Florida. I'm almost ready to grill burgers outside again!
