Taste:
9 (of 10)
Note:
This is a terrific wine! It's full-bodied with a dominant cherry flavor accompanied by plum, oak, tea and smoke flavors. It's very smooth and has a neat, quick, dry finish at the very end. This is a wine that will age very well. Put this one away for a few years and the subtle, smokey flavor will be drawn out. If you're looking for a wine to share with people who don't think kosher wines can be good, this is a great choice to change their perspective.

Food:
I enjoyed this Cabernet with a meatloaf with mashed potatoes and snow peas. Great combination! The wine really goes well. My mother-in-law makes a brisket that this wine would be perfect with.
