Note:
Terrific aroma's of fruit, including cherries, plums and blackberries, along with oak, pepper and smoke. You don't have to put your nose in the glass for this one. You can smell it across the table.
Taste:
9 (of 10)
Note:
This Cabernet/Merlot/Syrah blend is a sheer delight. It's powerful aroma introduces you to all of its flavors of plum, cherry, blackberry, oak, pepper and smoke. All the flavors hit you at once and blend very nicely together. It's very dry with medium tannins and finishes with a long, dry, tart taste of spice that is the influence of the Syrah and Merlot. Very well done!

Food:
I enjoyed this blend with hot dogs and french fries. We had knockwurst, beef dogs and chicken dogs, so something for everyone.
