Note:
Rich and smooth, it's overflowing with the flavors of cherries, blackberries, raspberries and plums. Very fruity but well balanced by oak, pepper and tea flavors. It has a very smooth dry finish with low to medium tannins. This is a terrific blend.

Food:
I enjoyed this Cab-Merlot blend with a grilled tuna steak topped with spicy hot salsa along with french fries. A great meal!
